Hi I moved from Scotland around 4 year back as my wife is from Richmond, VA. We are currently running Beauty business & my plan was to start rental property (kind of BRRRR) in USA, but due to lack of credit history was unable to do it. I have commercial properties abroad, now am looking for 5-12 multi Family properties.
I am interested in real estate flipping. I love the business and recently started reading about it. I believe it is the best way to make money and can be on of the passive income resource. I dont have any experience in this but i am willing to learn.
