I currently work for Pacific Gas & Electric. I am familiar with San Joaquin County, having 2 properties. I am also familiar with the Tampa market, where I own short term rentals. Currently, I am learning and preparing for my next step, which includes LLC’s, Tax Strategy, and forming partnerships.

I started off my investing with purchasing rehabbed turn key two flat buildings in Chicago. From there I moved on to fix and flip properties in the NW suburbs and now focusing more on fix and hold properties, or as Brandon Turner says, the BRRRR strategy. Currently looking to ramp up acquisition of properties to about 6-10 a year.
