I have been involved in real estate since 1997. I'm currently buying, renovating and renting along with flipping. I'm originally from Southern California, moved to North Georgia in 2012 where I have been actively involved in purchasing and rehabbing homes for myself to either rent long or short term as well as flipping.
I was a builder/contractor from Ontario Canada. We now travel full time in an RV. We have been to 40 states and counting.
