I work for Sun National Title & Escrow. Our main office is on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, but we have offices throughout the state of Florida and can close anywhere! We are an investor friendly title company who specializes in double closings, REOs, and Short Sales.
I specialize in process improvement and workflow efficiency. I move out to Seattle three years ago for some freelance gigs in various industries.
Looking to create passive income and possibly create a second business for myself.
I'm a novice to real estate investing and would to learn and network as much as possible about the business.
I currently own 2 single family homes, a commercial property with rental apartment and a 32 unit self storage building.
Looking to quit my 9-5 in the coming years by investing in more storage units, mobile home parks and other commercial properties.
