I have actively purchased, built, rehabbed, maintained and managed single family rental property since I was 20, I am 39 currently. My houses are my favorite collection.

I have worked for an investment company in Fort Walton FL as the acquisitions manager. I have recently moved back to Huntsvile where I was born and raised. I want to start investing here with 2 other friend. We’re all in our mid 20’s and new to this, so any guidance would be much appreciated.
