I do not personally have experience in real estate, but have been the daughter of a real estate agent my entire life. I have always been interested in remodeling/renovating homes and am interested in learning how to start something up for myself.
I am a real estate broker and run an investor brokerage. All agents are investors and our clients are investors. We have done a multitude of different deals and love doing deals with little or no money.
Standard Track: Work and pay bills... want to leverage existing equity to my advantage. Built my own home, barn and workshop, so I have applied knowledge about structures and utility services to compliment my background in mechanical engineering.
