I would like to become a real estate investor. Working 40 hours a week is not how I'm going to reach my goals. I need to learn how it works, why it works and when/why it doesn't work. I want to learn from others who have been down the road already and can show me where the risks lie and how to avoid the pit falls.
I began House Hacking in 2010 just north of Seattle, WA and curently live in my 2nd House Hack residence in Everett, WA with my wife and 3 kids. We rent the downstairs ADU as a MTR. IN 2025 I will begin building a real estimate investment portfolio focusing on a Brrrring through multifamily properties.
