Looking for second unit and focused on short term rentals
Currently working as a Home Care Nurse. But I plan to become a full time REI in the next 2 years.
I have had a full career. As I look to "what's next" in my life, I know I am ready for new challenges. Real Estate Investing fits the bill. I'm learning new business models that marry nicely with my professional experience.

Currently have done a variety of deals in Cookeville, TN, but primarily have mostly done short term flips. As of 1/25/2021 I have done 6 flips, 1 spec home, and 1 wholesale deal.
So far all has been a (mostly) positive and profitable experience.
Would love to get into long term rentals, but I would be stoked to find more deals...
