I'm a hairdresser of 7 years looking to get into the business of real estate investing. I'm 31 years old and I'm looking to retire within the next 15 to 20 years and I figure this would be the best way to go. I have never invested in real estate before, thus I'm looking for tips on how to be a successful investor.
