I am a Realtor who has been working in the real estate industry for over 35 years. I have also been involved in many aspects of real estate investing including, buy and holds, flips and commercial real estate leasing to name a few. I have a wealth of experience as the president of a third generation family-owned real estate agency.
I work in Hong Kong and have enjoyed spending the last five years figuring out creative ways to invest in real estate while abroad. I have invested in commercial, single and multi family real estate completing 8 flips and acquiring 7 rentals. I'm looking to do more of both while still working full time overseas.
