I am 53 years old and have been in construction all my life. I am looking to get back into the RE market most likely with fixer uppers and buy and hold.
Any advice for this area would be appreciated. I will not go into NJ because of there tenet laws (it took me over a year to get rid of a non tenet in AC about 10 years...
