Have re-modeled, and flipped around 20 houses on a part time basis. I have a broker's license, and experience with project management, computer programming, hardware, and communications. I also have experience with deal structuring, financing, cost justification.

I have been blessed with a wonderful husband for the past 33 years and two great children. About a year ago my husband and I bought and moved into a 100 year old house. We are in the process of rehabbing it trying to do as much of the work ourselves as possible. A slow, learn as you go process but we are loving it.
