I have bought and renovated two town homes and one single family home at whole sale rates and have 95% equity in all three and am considering selling one to raise cash for another deal. So i am building a plan and strategy to be able to trade up to multi-family homes and defer the taxes. I enjoy renovating so fixer-uppers are great.
