I currently have 5 rental properties and I am going to try-out the Brrrr method this year so I can increase my holdings and hopefully, be far enough along the way to financial freedom, so I can quit my job at the Fed.
Update: The FedEx job is over. My father and I are going to talk with a local bank soon to try and refi 2 of our props...
