I bought a mobile home park for my first (and only) real estate investment property; didn't go well for a number of reasons.
I'm in the process of becoming a new real estate agent. I'm more interested in becoming an investor for the use of my license. I prefer commercial sales in comparison to the residential marketplace.
I Buy, Sell, Lease & Finance Houses. In doing so, I also help other investors safely earn Double-Digit Returns on their idle cash and retirement funds. Those returns come from investments that are well secured, insured, and protected in Real Estate.
