I work a full time job in the aviation field. Have been doing so for going on 10 years. However, I am eager to learn about real estate investing and slowly get out of aviation all together.
I am interested in helping veteran or active duty personnel get started in their real estate investments. I am planning on buying small properties, subdividing them into 4 unit townhouse properties and selling the properties to veterans to build new 4 unit townhouses, maybe them can house hack and live free.
I am a 21 year old college student who has had a recent realization that I do not want to work for "the man" for the rest of my life. I am brand new to real estate and open to all advice, especially about wholesaling.
