I'm serious about real estate investing
Looking to make an investment preferably in the Virginia, Or Augusta, Georgia area, but open to other mid sized markets. Looking for a 4-10 door MF with positive cash flow, looking in the 200K to 400K range.
I like to do projects around the house. I have renovated a couple of personal properties and loved the process. My desires are to invest in real-estate.
I'm currently the VP of Finance at GreenSlate in the Blackstone District of Omaha. On the side, I'm always meeting new people and growing my own portfolio of real estate investments.
New to the real estate game. Learning as much as I can. STR really interest me but I am open to other opportunities as well.
I just started my engineering career in a brand-new city and am excited to begin my journey as a real estate investor. I've focused on using creative finance to fund medium-term rental deals and would love to joint-venture with someone familiar with these projects!
