Personally I like real estate investment trusts (REITs) traded on the stock market. They are liquid and deliver a rental check in my bank account without the hassle of tenant drama. But I'm looking to diversify into owning a few properties of my own.
I am a new real estate investor in NC, I have a passion for anything relating to real estate and real estate investing. Being a member of bigger pockets I look forward to gaining knowledge, networking ,forming good business relationships and sharing whatever i know about real estate to benefit other members.
