I am new to BP so far I really enjoy all of the information that is at your fingertips and the awesome advice. I am getting started in wholesaling business, I would like to sell at 10 houses in my first year. My goal is to wholesale until I can generate enough to start my rehabbing business.

Real Estate Broker, San Antonio Tx.
Broker in Calif for 10 plus years before moving to San Antonio in 2005. I purchased 9 Homes that year.
I became a Texas Broker approx. 1 year later.
My plan is to have 10 paid off Single Family Rental Homes in San Antonio.
