hey bigger pockets. just a 21 year old working 3 jobs to fuel my dreams! im not the typical young adult. I have 1 single family home 4/2 that I am ready to start as a STR and 1 close to starting as a studio at my personal home as a STR. The goal is to buy fixers and convert to STR or LTR depending on location. If there is a great deal that does neither, I will flip it.
