I am a communications consultant and trainer but have always been extremely interested in real estate. I have a couple of investment properties and would like to have more. I still feel like a beginner and need to learn. I would like to invest in Baltimore, where I live.
I am currently a military member who is about to be getting out and return to my home town to use my GI bill for college. While I am going to school, I plan to possibly do a house-hacking deal in order to live and expand into owning a few different rental properties to supplement my passive income until I graduate.
Hello everybody! I am from Florida and I am currently studying to get my real estate license, and I am also on a personal level interested in real estate investing, specifically multifamily properties. Any advices welcome!
