New to Real Estate
I am new to real estate, generally speaking. I have had my rental property for over 10 years, but just recently started using it as a true investment property. Although I have a career in education as a speech therapist, I am ready to increase my portfolio and passive income.

I am a little new to the game and looking to ease in slow. Then hopefully ramp up toward a more financially free future for me and my family. I am most interested in single family homes with plan to buy and hold. Always looking for good deals and any good advise.
