As a teen I'd often find myself driving around neighborhoods looking for potential properties I could buy and flip. Fast forward a few years and I've yet to make my first investment--I'm ready to change that!
I'm 42 and married with two wonderful daughters. I live in northeast OH in a single family home where both my wife and I are full-time employed outside of real estate.
I am a Police Officer looking to become a full time real estate investor. I currently own a 4 unit multi-family and want to grow my portfolio.
