I have 22 years in residential construction, and would like to build new homes from the ground up.
I live in San Antonio, Texas and just recently began to heavily research real estate investing. My first investment is a 4-plex near The Pearl area downtown; I'll occupy one of the units. Definitely interested in learning more and building out a profitable portfolio!
I am an instructor pilot for the Air Force. I am very interested in getting started in real estate investing. I am from Phoenix but currently living in Del Rio, Tx. I am interested in flipping houses and the eventually wholesaling. My goal is to start with just one flip and then takeoff from there!!!
