I started investing in real estate in 2011 when I bought my first home, a 4-unit in Grand Rapids, MI. I have since expanded my portfolio in Michigan, but am now living in Denver and am looking to expand it further. I am mostly interested in multi-family properties, but am also looking to expand into flipping.
I have been a real estate investor since I was eighteen managing a condo that I rented out. I then rehabbed several single family homes and held them as rentals. I currently did two condo flips where we have 1 contract and the other listed after 1 month renovation on each. I am looking to do multifam, flips, and buy and hold.
