Hi all, my name is Peter and I am a licensed acupuncturist. I live in Puyallup, WA. I currently work in my private clinic and looking to dive into the real estate investing.
I currently own rental houses in Texas. And Non-Performing Notes in FL, TN, IN, SC, NC, and AL. While I like to focus on these areas, I am moving into nationwide Non-Performing Notes. Always looking for JV Partners ~ more deals than funds available.
I am looking for more education on real estate investing. I have read several books on this subject; Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen, Donald Trump, and recently Ron Legrand, Danny Johnson flipping junkie. And from all these in my opinion, Ron and Danny go straight to the "meat and potatoes". I really want to get to know some of you great people...
