I own a multi-family property and a double corner lot with my husband. We have rehabbed this once-Jurassic-park property into a cash cow. We are currently looking for new assets to BRRRR while leveraging our W2s for loans. We are both working in different sectors of property management in a nearby city to maximize our W2 income.
