I've been working in real estate part-time for 25+ years. Mainly focusing on developing land but have done a couple builds and flips as well.
I work in the legal field and I've always been interested in real estate. I even took the Real Estate Salesperson course and passed the NYS test but never pursued it further. Now I'm looking to educate myself in real estate investing.
