Just moved to the Vegas area with my wife and children looking to invest. Have 1 rental property in my hometown in Pennsylvania currently. Going for my real estate agent license in the next few weeks to gain more knowledge about the industry. I am open to Flips, Rental properties and eventually commercial properties.
