Work full time for a fortune 100 company and recently moved to Colorado two years ago to where my wife works. Bought our dream home with horse property and now looking to invest. New to BP and wanting to invest out here. Would like to BRRRR and have cash flow to potentially replace the wife's income to be with our newborn as he grows up.
