I currently have rental properties behind a college. So my tenants are college students. Most of the houses hold 3-4 college students. They each pay their separate rent and utilities. The turn over rate is 1.5 years.
Currently in the Marine Corps. Out shortly and moving to Montana. Planning on working on the Railroad as my job and making buy and hold real estate investment my career.
