Started investing in 1993 and acquired mostly low end properties. Then after acquiring about 20 I created myself a job I didn't want. Too much maintainance on me! I sold most of them because I just got tired. Now I am looking at flipping and buy and hold.

I am an avid learner in pursuit of improving my knowledge and enlarging my network every day. I enjoy investing as much as I enjoy relaxing on the beach. Hopefully one will lead to more of the other :)
