My name is Matt Brazis and my wife and I own and operate 3 ABNBs units in Tampa. We also decided to invest into a residential cleaning franchise in Tampa, and I left my W2 to run it full time. We bought our new primary residence in July 2023 and are currently doing a full rehab.
