I buy houses from distressed sellers due to job loss, financial trouble, divorce, disaster, an illness or anyone who needs to sell fast. I also buy properties that are bank owned. I buy with cash and can close in 14 days. I either turn around and sell them to another buyers which is called wholesaling or I rehab them and resell them.
