I'm a full time Life Insurance Agent looking to expand my investments into other financial vehicles. I've only been at this for a few years, but looking to expand to over a million dollars in commission by the time I'm thirty.
Main point being is that as of right now I've no experience with real estate other than the wonderful taxes...
Ive wanted to get into flipping houses a while now. My family has several properties that they rent out so i have had a part in the fix up and maintenance of those, now i want to start on my own.
I am in my 20s and have never purchased a home. I am currently repairing my credit and saving in hopes of purchasing a multi-family in Reading or Easton PA for additional income, which will be used to pay off student loan debt. I hope to avoid mortgages/financing as much as possible. Long term, I'd like to own several of these types of homes...
