I began a career personal finance in 1990 and that quickly turned into a career in mortgage finance. I worked in sub prime mortgage finance until 2008. I have since become a realtor and now I am transitioning into a full time real estate investor.
I agreed to join our board of directors effective as of the date of this prospectus. I am the founder principal and Co-Chairman of the board of directors of ZPL and i have been a principal and the Chairman of the Management Committee of ZPL since May 1995. Have done business with lots of real estate investors.
