I have done a few deals, flipped and buy and hold. Own two properties now. Some success, mostly have trouble finding deals that make financial sense.

I currently live and work in Colorado Springs along with my wife Kendra and daughter Addison. Our plan is to utilize real estate investing via short term rentals, buy and holds, and a flip or two per year to replace my income and buy back some time and spend more of it with family and friends.
