My wife and I enjoy investing in tax liens and tax deeds. It's more of a hobby to us than anything. I do quiet title actions for fellow investors to help them gain marketable title to the properties they foreclose upon. I'm hear to learn, share experiences, and enjoy the comraderie of fellow investors.
