I have no former real estate experience. I am just interested in buying real estate for rental income purposes and possibly flipping them as well.
I just recently paid my house off so I am trying to research how to find the best deals to start this process and the best avenue forward.

I own two single family homes, one is a college rental and the other is a vacation rental.
I am an electrical engineer working and living near Savannah Ga. I have been interested in buy and hold investing for several years, however, I have not had much in the way of cash to invest. Currently I plan to pay down my home loan before I invest locally (unless I see a deal to good to ignore.)
