I have been practicing law for 23 years in California and Colorado. I teach courses to brokers regarding how different areas of the law interact with real estate. I have experience with rentals and fix and flips. I really enjoy real estate and real estate law. In 2015, I decided to take the next step in the process and I became a broker.
I have gone from accidental landlord, to intentional small multifamily investor, to passive commercial multifamily investor and recently completed my first commercial multifamily deal as a general partner. Now I'm working on working on building my brand and my network to do more apartment syndications.
Im in the Philadelphia area and new to real estate investing and looking to network and gain as much knowledge as possible as I began my journey
