I work full time as an Engineer and live in the Metro Detroit area. I own a real estate investing company, Amaze Properties LLC where I wholesale single family properties throughout Metro Detroit on my off-work hours. My wife and I got married in 2016 and now have a kid running around so when I'm not working, I'm spending time with them.
I've been dabbling in real estate for the past 15 years. It's time to take it serious and start building my portfolio of SFR houses and small multifamily units in the Houston and Katy areas. My short term goal is to acquire 6 units in 2021.
