A long time want to be flipper and recently becoming one. We have some long term rentals and one vacation rental and won't hesitate to turn a flip into one. But, the direction I'm heading is into fix and flip.

I'm 36 now and I've worked hard to raise a daughter and provide for my family. I would like to build a portfolio of rental properties to achieve financial freedom and to have something to leave to the next generation. I'm nervous but committed to going for it.
