I am a newbie looking to get into real estate investing. My goal is to use real estate to gain time freedom in the future. I'm a local Firefighter/EMT by day, hoping to use my time off heavy schedule to maximize completing rehabs.

Currently working in the loss mitigation/short sales. My company is a nationwide short sale servicing company presently with over 35 nationwide teams. We also offer complete training for investors and help them from start to finish!
My is travis ive been in the construction business for bout 2 years ive been wanting to start flipping houses but could never find the funding or help but i got faith in my self to be successful.
