Hello. I'm from Spartanburg, SC and I've been looking at getting into Real Estate investments. I think I have what is referred to as "Analysis Paralysis". I just recently found this site after having paid for a guru class and reading several books. I'm hoping to learn from my mistakes and turn them around for me.
