Purchased first property in Hawaii (condo) in 2003. Purchased 2nd property (SFH) in 2010. Purchased 1st out of state short term rental in 2021...Hoping to add a fourth property (first out of state LRT) for cash flow.

Hi, I am relatively new to real estate investing, but I have a big desire to succeed and am always looking to learn new things. I am a quick learner and willing to help when the need arises. I am looking for now really to start with flipping houses or to buy and hold for rent. I have some type of idea as to how I would like to go about it.
