Currently, holding 24 units, single family, duplexes and four units. Have done some flips and occasionally, will wholesale and owner finance.

In the mid 1980's I flipped houses and did OK. I ended up doing repairs for others and handyman type work. It's been fun, but I'm ready to get back into flipping houses.
