My hoe in council bluffs, Iowa is tucked between the project site of a new mixed use neighborhood and an intrstate ramp that is to be removed from the system within 10 years. The DOT swears they dont need our land although after seeing the proposed changes, I don't know how they cant. I feel like they're lying every time I speak with them.
