I'm a Real Estate Agent that owns a few rental properties. I am wanting to learn more about wholesaling, subject to's, flipping and this aspect of the real estate game in general. There is so much more to listing and helping buyers that I want to learn about and be a part of.
I am an accountant. I have always been interested in real estate. I follow the market and know what the housing prices are in my area. I don't really know how to get started investing. I am reading all the books I can to figure this out. If anyone has good tips, I would love to hear them.
I am new as an investor in real estate, but have been an owner or rental property for quite some time. I now wish to start a rehab and sell business, as well as a business to increase my rentals for passive income in my retirement years. At some point, I would like to become a lender to other investors as well.
I am new to real estate and would like to learn all I can about investing and/ or flipping properties. I would really just like to soak up all the knowledge that I can so that I can possibly make this my new career.
