enlisted USSF member in Virginia currently. I have 3 rentals in Fort Walton Beach, FL, and one in Evansville, IN, but I'm looking for mentors/partners to acquire a few more rentals near military bases that I can go to (e.g. CO, TX, FL, DC). I retire from enlisted military service in 2026, and I REALLY don't want to go back to government...

I am a mom of two very demanding kids. I work full time as a Web Producer. I commute 1 hour and 20 mins each way to work.
