I want to generate cash flow through investing. I feel real estate investing is a great way for me to earn money. I want to do something where I maintain a flexible schedule so I can be available for my kids. I believe I can through developing the necessary skills and knowledge to invest in real estate. I'm from San Diego, CA but currently living in Northern CA - Chico, to be exact. I want to move back to Southern CA as a very successful REI! I recently discovered BP and just LOVE all the resources available here! I've already learned so much! And BOY do I have questions! Thanks guys! :-)
